Where this application really comes into its own is that the request remains the responsibility
of the originator, and they close the call only when they are satisfied with the resolution. Feedback from this
allows us to monitor the performance and satisfaction levels of the service we provide and make improvements where needed.
Since the introduction of the Tagfire-developed helpdesk application, the facilities team can now plan and
prioritise their daily workload based on the outstanding requests in the helpdesk. Employees also now have a more
structured and accessible process for reporting problems.
